We have established a vibrant section within this division specializing in property transactions, conveyancing and real estate development. Through the division, our firm is on hand to assist clients with interest in the property and real estate sector. The department prepares leases, tenancies,sale agreements, transfers, charges and mortgages, powers of attorney, assignments, registers cautions and caveats and deals with all other conveyancing related instruments.
Our firm is unique in this area in that we have introduced the element of value addition.In this regard we have entered into reciprocal arrangements which credible firms of surveyors, property agents & managers and auctioneers, who are on hand to offer real estate related services such as sub-divisions and consolidations, property valuation, property management and agency services, collection and distress  for rent and evictions
